Flexfit Caps - The Hat That Perfectly Fits Your Promotional Merchandise Needs

Searching for a high quality baseball cap can be difficult even under the best circumstances. However, investing in flexfit caps is one way that you can acquire the perfect hat for your needs. There are several things that you will want to keep in mind when you purchase one of these hats. Unlike the cheap, adjustable hats found on the market, a flexfit hat is designed to perfectly fit your head without adjustments. Because of this, you will need to take a proper measurement of your head size so that you can purchase a hat that properly fits you.

One of the most common mistakes that people make when measuring their hat size is using the inside diameter of their favourite hat to get the dimensions for flexfit caps. This is problematic because the inside diameter is always smaller than the hat size, unless you are very careful to measure with your measuring tape running along the edge of the rim of the hat. The proper way to get a good measurement of your hat size is to use a flexible cloth measuring tape, such as those used for sewing and tailoring, and wrap it around your head where your baseball cap would typically rest. This will give you the proper measurement of your head. It is important to remember that the cap may feel a little tight until the material has stretched to the shape of your head.

Once you have obtained the correct measurements for your flexfit caps, you need to pick the style of the cap. Unlike many manufacturers of cheap baseball caps, the flexfit brand is focuses on the ability to customize your hat to the colours and style that you want. With over ten different basic styles to choose from, it is possible to find the design of the cap that you want. In addition to that, each style has the option for customizing colours of the cap. It is important that you pay close attention to the style and colour choices available, as only some colours are available with certain styles of flexfit hats.

One final aspect of flexfit caps that often gets overlooked is the material the cap is made from. Many cheaper caps are made of acrylic or other blends of fabric that are hard to damage. The downside to these materials is that they do not breathe very well, often resulting in more sweat beneath the hat. As plastic materials are hotter to wear, they are often more suitable for fall or early spring. Cotton caps are harder to care for, but are much cooler to play in, making a superior summer time cap. Wool caps are an excellent alternative for plastic based caps in the fall or early spring if you wish a natural fibre cap. It is important that you take the time to care for a natural fibre baseball cap properly. Unlike the more durable acrylic based caps, wool and cotton caps should not be put into the drier on high heats, as this can shrink the hat or cause the material to felt.

Tank Top Fashion

Women's Nautic Star Tank Top
$14.95

A "must-have" in very girl's closet, the classic and famous tank top can be used for almost every moment in any woman's life. It can be used by itself, go on a shopping trip with your favorite capri pants, to the movies with fashionable skinny jeans, and even to the beach with a cute skirt or trendy shorts. Also, grab your cardigan or blazer, pull over your pencil skirt, slip in your stilettos and you are pulling off the elegant and professional look without loosing your fashion sense, and of course, your favorite piece of clothing: the tank top. Sex and the City made them popular by adding up a belt to the tank top and pairing it with a flowy skirt, never forgetting your clutch bag and original Manolo Blahnik's.

The versatility of this piece is reborn this season thanks to the stylists who believed in the piece and rather than looking at it as another simple sleeveless shirt, they visualized a state of mind, a sort of mood meter, a fresh and fun fashion movement.

Its name arrives from the bathing suit worn by men at the beginning of the twentieth century, better known as "swim tank", which is derived from "swimming tank", how people used to call the traditional swimming pool. Even though the word was not used after defining the pool as such, the word tank was still the correct one when referring to the bathing suit.

If you think tank tops are just plain boring, think again, there are million ways to wear, accessorize, and wow everyone with your top. One of the favorite trends with spaghetti strap styled tops is to layer different colored ones on top of each other, this can be done with tank tops also; they can even have different cuts for a more original style. One important factor in tank top fashion is that the use of a bra is accepted, loose straps showing on your arm are a fashion statement, and wearing a different color bra is the ultimate.

Accessories are very important for your ensemble, bangles, charmed bracelets, and classic chains can relate to the personality you want to project with your look; a wide wooden bangle and long beaded necklace might seem perfect for your white tank top and Boho chic beige skirt with gladiator style flats. Combining black with black or white with white on an every day style can even identify you as a country club socialite in a designer look. Such a simple top, and it can do wonders, you can wear the same one every day and no one will notice if you know how to work it.

Tank tops can be embroidered with any kind of elements you wish, patches, beads, buttons, jewels, anything that can make your shirt stand out from the rest. A makeover can't be finished without a new hair-do, go to the salon and transform yourself from head to toes, always wearing your confidence first.

A Brief History of T-Shirts

A hundred years ago, the word "t-shirt" wasn't even in the dictionary, and people regularly wore fancy suits and dresses. Today, you're far more likely to see someone walking down the street in a "That's What She Said" t-shirt than someone in a three-piece suit with a top hat. So what happened along the way?

1900: In the Beginning
Much like blue jeans, the t-shirt started out as work clothing. Around the turn of the 20th century, the t-shirt was introduced as a lightweight item for laborers in hot weather conditions. The US Navy and Army both made a standard t-shirt part of their uniform by World War I. Soldiers and sailors could work in their t-shirts without getting their full uniforms dirty. Their presence in Europe helped make the t-shirt a worldwide phenomenon. After World War I, all the way through the Great Depression, the t-shirt continued to spread among laborers and farm workers because it was such a convenient piece of clothing.

1950: T-Shirts Become Cool
After World War II is where t-shirts really start to shine. Of course, Hollywood is at least partially to blame. Thanks to stars like James Dean and Marlon Brando, who wore bare t-shirts (gasp!) in big movies in the 1950s, the t-shirt became a symbol of teenage rebellion. So if you wanted to stick it to your lame parents in the 1950s, you put on a plain white t-shirt and headed out the door. You daredevil!

1960: Things Get Radical
T-shirts took off from there. In the 1960s, people decided that regular white t-shirts were kind of boring, so they started printing messages on them and making them tie-dye. And that opened up a whole new psychedelic world, dude. T-shirts became a new way of expressing yourself and your opinions.

2011: T-Shirts Forever
Pretty soon more people were picking up on this new awesome way to make a statement. The free market went to work, and there was a sudden, huge proliferation of t-shirts. Music fans buy t-shirts of their favorite bands. Activists wear t-shirts with political messages. People buy t-shirts from their favorite movies. Tourists bring back t-shirts from places they visit. Thanks to the Internet, people buy shirts with random funny sayings on them. And if you still can't find a t-shirt that interests you, you can even make your own custom t-shirt - anything you can imagine!

The Future
Maybe in two hundred years we'll all be wearing funky jumpsuits like in The Jetsons or Star Trek...but for now, t-shirts rule the world!

That is a brief summary of why you're likely wearing a t-shirt right now. You might even be wearing two t-shirts, one on top of the other (the world record, if you're counting, is 224 at once). So now you know the real reasons that guy next to you is wearing a "Chuck Norris Forecast: Cloudy With a 90% Chance of Pain" t-shirt!
